Ganzhou Villa Courtyard Wall Split Brick Renovation
Residential Project: Courtyard walls and entrance gate towers feature split terracotta bricks with a roughcast finish (10mm) laid in staggered joints to achieve a traditional masonry texture.
Project Overview: The original courtyard wall featured red brick with plaster finish. To achieve a traditional brickwork texture, we used 1mm terracotta split bricks laid in staggered joints, with thicker grout lines at the gateway to enhance three-dimensionality. Product Used: Terracotta Split Brick · Textured Finish (1mm). Scope of Work: Courtyard walls and entrance gateway. Construction Highlights: Bricks arranged in half-brick offset pattern; string lines used to ensure straight horizontal joints. Grout color matched the brick tone to prevent uneven appearance on the facade.
